Can't call out, fast busy signal.
I can call friends who have Freephoneline though, but they also can't call out.

I am still getting the fast busy signal issue on certain incoming calls? When I try to call the Fongo number from one of my phones (775) it goes straight to a busy signal. other phones calling the Fongo number seem to work. If I try to call my friends Fongo number with that same phone (775) same thing, goes straight to busy signal. [Block anonymous calls] is off. my caller id is active.

I noticed the same situation trying to call the Fongo number from a cell phone, no option even for the caller to leave a message?
