NO Microphone

Hi anyone,
I just register a mobile account. But when I call the local number, I got Message like "No Microphone Please connect a microphone device to continue the call." The call exit. I tried to registered again but the issue is still there. Could you please suggest what this issue is and how to fix it? Many thanks~
