Turned SIP OFF, but still keeps disconnecting

Hi,
I'm using fongo mobile on an iOS device. I have a tplink 450N router. I've disabled SIP. I've followed all the suggestions on the guides the app still disconnects from the fongo server and I miss calls. Not sure why my network can't keep a connection with the fongo server when it's inactive.
Any help would be greatly appreciated.
