[Resolved] International calls automatically cancel

live in Canada and I'm trying to call a few UK numbers. Each time I dial, it says "Connecting" for several seconds and then cancels the call automatically. My internet connection is fine (all bars showing), I dialled 011 before the numbers, and I have money in my World Credits. I'm even able to call US and Canada numbers with no problem through the same Fongo account but when I try calling UK numbers it just cancels the call each time. Oh also, I'm using the latest version of the Fongo app. Any idea what I should be doing?

Make sure you’re dialing 011+44+area code

If there’s a “0” immediately after 44, it can be omitted.

If it’s a toll free number, it probably works from within the U.K. only.

If you’re positive you’re entering the number correctly, submit a ticket: https://support.fongo.com/hc/en-us/requests/new.

Ahhh okay thank you! I didn't realise the 0 immediately after the 44 was causing the issue. I just tried it without that 0 and it works fine now! :)

The 0 is used when dialing from a UK number.
