Outbound global sms sent but not received

Hi there,

I bought the global texting adds-on, waited 24 hours for activation, log out and login my Fongo Mobile account several times, and I run the self test of sending text messages to my own Thailand mobile number and friend’s China mobile numbers. You know what happened?

My Fongo app shows all SMS sent out successfully, but I received NONE and my friends in China received NONE. Not a single message has been received by Thailand and China mobile numbers.

(PS: The global outbound sms to USA and Hong Kong are well received without any problem)

Anyone got similar situation can help? Thank you.
