Getting Account invalid error when sending email to reset pw

So i need to reset my fongo password and whenever i try to reset the password. It sais "account invalid" and i dont get any emails to reset my password. I used Fongo less than a week ago to call the bank so it can't be related to inactivity. Thanks for the help
