2-step authentication text message

I tried the global texting for a month and found out it doesn't receive text from MBNA and FIDO. Does anyone have the same problem?

I'm not sure about Fido, unless those were short code or activation texts. It wouldn't make sense that you're unable to receive texts from Rogers customers. If you're not able to you should submit a ticket with the time and date of the missing texts and phone numbers that you had problems receiving texts from: https://support.fongo.com/hc/en-us/requests/new.

I've never come across code with 10 digit. It's always 6-digit number. If this is beyond Fongo's reach, I'll have to ditch it because another online phone company can send me those codes without issue. Just that I want to try fongo for supporting canadian, and it's cheaper option.

Fongo doesn’t make any promises that activation short codes will be received: https://support.fongo.com/hc/en-us/arti ... ifications. Fongo support staff is also not obliged to respond on the forums, and volunteer moderators don’t work for Fongo. If you would like to ensure you receive an official response from them, you’ll have to submit a ticket.

There’s nothing further I have to add on this topic.
