I am researching an intermittent problem for a friend.
She says some calls from a USA number are not reaching her Fongo number in Canada. The USA end receives an error message ' No Routes Found".
Her Fongo account is active and she has International Phone credits (about $5 credit) and she has international text active.
I have never encountered an error message like this before. If anyone has any ideas on what the error is I would appreciate some
help in diagnosing the issue.
She has an Iphone / Fongo app. I am not sure what the configuration is on the USA end.

If all other inbound calls work (test immediately when the error occurs), it's a call routing issue with that specific US carrier. US service provider needs to be contacted.
Otherwise, if all incoming calls fail from other numbers at the same time (with the same error message), then your friend needs to submit a ticket to Fongo: https://support.fongo.com/hc/en-us/requests/new.
Ensure "Alternate Fongo Connection" is enabled to help avoid a potential SIP ALG issue: https://support.fongo.com/hc/en-us/arti ... ngo-Mobile.
Ensure Call Forwarding is disabled while testing incoming call issues: https://support.fongo.com/hc/en-us/arti ... ngo-Mobile.
