When i put in the number and hit dial nothing happens.
Also the hamburger menu works intermittently
I have reached out to technical support multiple times, i got a bunch of boiler plate answers and answers to questions i didn't ask. After much back and forth i was told to delete the app and reinstall it. I lost all my text messages (including the contact the CRTC with complaints texts) and the re-installation still did not fix the problem
Now they stopped replying.
I don't want to lose phone number to inactivity, incoming calls work but apparently thats not enough to keep the number.
Any suggestions? Device is a Samsung Galaxy Tab A.
