Call Failed

Post by Snoopy »

Hello all. I've downloaded the app and I've registered online. I open the app, it starts to connect, then gives me an error message "Fongo connection failed".

When I try to make a call I get the following error. "Call Failed - Call can not be connected, you do not have an active Dell Voice Connection".

I must be doing something wrong or I've missed something, but I don't know what.

Any help would be appreciated.

Thanks.

Hi Snoopy,

Are you connecting over a wireless network or over your phones data?

I'm connecting over wifi. I shut the wifi off on my phone and tried to connect over 3g and that wouldn't work either.
