Can not receive calls

Can not receive calls
Does anyone know why i can not receive calls with dellvoice,I just downloaded the app to my Android set it up and running called home no problem,then received a call from home no problem but as of today as i set up my voicemail who ever calls me the voice mail kicks in right away and my phone never rings,does anyone know how to fix this?

sukru37, how many rings are you set on before your voicemail picks up? when people call, is it ringing at all or is it going straight to voicemail? do you have the app running in the background or open on your screen?
