This is number 587-352-xxxx is Calgary Shaw cable. we tried a lot of time, cannot connect.

edited your comment to remove the last four digits so people do not decide to call that specific number to try it out for themself.
that is indeed a Calgary number according to LCG. I will pass this information along to see if we can have it changed over to a free number.
