I want to port my current VOIP number to Dell Voice but can't find any options. I called the customer service and was told to set up an account first, fill-in the form with required info and then call back. I signed up that gave me a new number but don't see any option for porting an existing number. I'll be using my own ATA (SPA2102) & aware of $25 porting fee + $50 config file fee for ATA. Should I call the customer service and give the order for porting my existing (VOIP) number (not Dell Voice number)? Thanks!

Yes, that is what you need to do now. You have to first set up a DV account so they have somewhere to port the number to (as you now have done), next you need to call in and get the ball rolling. It is of course subject to them being able to port your number in. If the number is not in an area they can do it you may be out of luck, but they should tell you this when you ring up next.

To port the number, all you need to do is call in and request it. With Dell voice it is a one time $25 fee to port. there is no requirement to buy the configuration file.
