Signing into network taking forever on iPhone 4 via Wifi

Hi,

I have use Dell Voice on my Iphone 4 and whenever I use wifi it's "signing into network" forever. It eventually successfully signs in but not always,
Using via my 3G dataplan is not a problem.

So I was wondering if there were any settings to do on my Modem/Router Alcatel Lucent 7130 (I'm with Bell Fibe)

I have searched for my modem but could not find anything related to it.
