I can not use my old FPL account at DellVoice, but still works at freephoneline client. So, how can I transfer my FPL account to DellVoice?
Fongo powers free calling solutions for a number of brands. This forum includes information and tips on all of those offerings. Note that your specific services may vary based on the specific Fongo product that you're using.

Is DellVoice a SIP client? I don't have any experience with other iOS clients but I like DV's simplicity and its seamless interaction with my iPhone.Amowagou wrote:Instead of paying $25 to port in a FPL number to DV, you might as well pay an additonal $25 to get the Sip Config File so that you can use the number in the FPL Desktop application, an ATA for home phone and a Sip client for your smartphone. Also, your voucher balance of the FPL account, if any, will remain valid.
Very valid point Jake ... and to my way of thinking, you are entirely correct. I still have the ongoing issue with the incoming CID on the FPL softphone, and while the working CID in the DV one is tempting, I am not about to throw $25+tax at the problem. IMHO, Fongo should release an updated (and rebranded?) softphone for their OWN service which has all the functionality that it CLAIMS to have -- and they have admitted that it was kludged in 3.0.3.0 ... yet there is no update or bugfix yet. The Fibernetics website expounds that the softphone is "custom-skin-able", so one could assume that it is easy enough to import the working code from the DV app into the kludgy FPL one, import some new FONGO GFX in place of the older FPL ones and re-issue it as 3.1 or something and make everyone happy.Jake wrote:Maybe it's just me, but it seems a bit off that FPL (Fongo) would start a new venture then make the people who supported FPL for all these years pay to move over to the new venture to be able to experience the advantages. I know DV is a different section of Fongo, but still....
