I was given at registration a 438 number, but I want a 514 number. Is that possible?

You can delete the first account, and open up another one, or just open another account if you want to keep the first number also.

To delete your account, login to to your DV account, then go to the 'Account Settings' link https://www.dellvoice.ca/updateAccountDetails
There you will see a link to delete your account.
