Hi,
I have two phone numbers locally (Halifax 902) with Eastlink, one number is primary and the second number is using select ring as a fax-line.
Can one of these numbers be used for Dell Voice so that I can have a local number and if so how to proceed
Porting 902 numbers
Re: Porting 902 numbers
You 'may' be able to port in one of those number to DV. You would have to call into a CSR and ask them. I know Halifax area is not very well covered by Fongo - it at all for porting in numbers- so I wouldn't hold my breath.

I doubt this has changed with Dell Voice, but with freephoneline.ca, you would not be able to port a Halifax numbers. I think Fongo needs a block of numbers in that city before it can do porting.
