#1. Receiving SMS FREE from all mobile.

Thank you so much for the quick response for the suggestion.

Here I have some questions about SMS:

1. Do I have to have the data plan for receiving SMS?

2. Do I have to connect with WiFi when people sending me SMS?

3. Does the system keep all SMS when my phone is OFF and send them to me when I power on my phone?

The problem is I can not receiving SMS from other mobile. ( I can receive SMS from Fongo users )

I don't have data plan for my phone. And one of my phones even doesn't have SIM card, use it as small "tablet".

You need data plan or wifi to receiving SMS

I can receive SMS from other carriers in Canada but I can not send it out cause I don't purchase SMS plan with DV yet

Started from Monday. I can received FREE SMS.

Tested few days. It works fine.
