Knowing when accounts are fixed

Fongo support:

After giving our info to have our issues looked at as per Fongo instructions, how will we know its being currently looked at or when the issue is resolved? Im my case not receiving incoming calls?

I know I know when the phone rings right? But mine works on and off. Mostly off. So a simple ring wouldn't convince me it's actually fixed. Basically will Fongo contact me (us)?

This forum members will be pleased to help but we need more info to locate the root cause of the problem.

Could you complete your profile with the following info:
- ISP
- modem, router and ATA brand
- Connection type (cable, DSL)
- Operating system
