Good News

Postby Privatepilot » 01/16/2013

Despite a difficult December for stability on the network, I must say that my service has been rock solid on the home phone subscription side of things for the past 2 weeks. I hear that FPL has had issues today but that did not seem to affect my subscription service.

Though I do still have issues with "talk off dtmf tones", outside of that the service has been great lately in all other regards

Thanks Fongo for getting through a tough December and turning things around

A little positivity here and there never hurts

Gotta love that. Fongo reps will respond to a "Good News" forum post, but not a peep out of *any* Fongo rep to all of the people asking about the outages this week. What a joke.
I'm glad I can trouble shoot my own problems and don't have to rely on the forum for support.

We have already indicated on a number of threads that updates will be coming as soon as we have them. Due to the volume of threads in the forum in general it's difficult to get an update into every single one.

You'll see updated/new announcements as information is available.
