Call Log Time Format

Something has changed in the Fongo Call Log Time format. It used to be 24h format for DV but it has changed to 12h format since Jan 31.

It would be great to reset it to the 24h format in order to distinguish AM and PM calls.

For Freephoneline, the time log is still 24h format.

The problem started on Jan 1, not Jan 31, when the DV accounts were transferred to Fongo.
