Are you using Fongo Home Phone? Or are you using Fongo Mobile instead?
Fongo Mobile World Credits can expire. Fongo Home Phone World Credits do not.

However when I log in and go to the online store, I do not see this option. How do I stop the auto top up?
You should see "Auto-renew Status" after logging in at
https://account.fongo.com/redirectToPurchase.
