Some incoming calls are not received

I'm not able to receive some calls, such as from area code 647. Callers are getting busy tone. However most calls seem ok. However my ringtone sounds odd. I just want to make sur that, I will be able to receive all my calls. My number was recently ported. I am using a PAP2T on a netgear wnr3500 router. Any help or suggestion would be appreciated.

This could be caused by a number of factors. How recently was your number ported? Are the people having issues calling you with the provider you ported your number from?

My number was ported just this week. The same people never had any issues calling the number before from the ported provider (Bell).
