Fongo home phone account is stolen

Hi support,
From the call log, I found my home phone account is probably stolen. There are a lot of calls were being made to South America, Central Africa and some places i never heard in my life. Beside local (OTTAWA) call and some calls to China, I never made any call to these area. Could please take a look and advice a resolution.

This has happened to me too! Calls to DIGICEL MOBILE, Burundi, Albania, etc!
I've been charged 3 times this month for World Credits! I've changed my online password and still see a fraudulent call after.
What is going on with this service?!?

I've opened a ticked and asked for an escalation with no response.

For anyone with this issue in the future, the process is to send your public IP (www.whatismyip.com ) and MAC address found at the bottom of your Fongo Adaptor to support. Helps to copy and paste your false calls from your call log also. Hope that saves you some back and forth emails.
The false calls have stopped and I've been credited.
