dropped out-going calls while traveling with my homephone

I have been a long time fongo homephone user, and I have to say that I just love it! However, recently I became a full-time RVer, and took my homephone with me to keep in touch with friends and family as suggested somewhere on fongo's web site. (See Attachment) It mentioned that it would work anywhere where one can connect it to the internet.
Anyway, all was working great until I made an out going call from a non-free calling city in Canada. After a few attempts, I noticed that all outgoing calls appeared to be dropped within a 60 second window. (I suddenly got a buzy signal.) Yet, an incoming call worked just fine.
Hoping to find the remedy...
