Hi,
I ported my home phone number from a previous company to Fongo and recently got my Grandstream HT-801 from Fongo last week. I followed the instructions from an email they sent me and when I tried to type in the password which was 'admin' it did not work.
I emailed support and got a reply that customers do not have access to it. It's been over 4 days since their last reply with no solution.
How am I suppose to change my temporary number to my ported number if I can't even access my phone adapter?
I tried factory resetting it and the password is still invalid.

Issue has been resolved!
Fongo has updated my credentials and I had to factory reset one last time.
