Is there any high-tech ways to forcibly break in to one of these?
I'm a former Fongo customer trying to see if I can access the Grandstream HT-801 and am coming up short. I'm wondering if there's a firmware flash or something I can do on my end to reset it to the default passwords of Admin/Admin.
Fongo customer support for multiple tickets has been absolutely useless with either canned 'please go to our website for information' posts, or not responding at all for over a week.
Any advice?

You need to submit a ticket requesting that the ATA be removed from their provisioning server. Explain they need to do that on their end. The ATA will need to be online when the request is made.

Sure, can I request an escalation or confirmation for Ticket #451980? It's been 12 days since it was filed and still not addressed despite being told it would be fixed yesterday.

You can't escalate it here unfortunately, this is just a community run forum.
You will have to escalate it through your ticket you opened.
If you still don't get a satisfactory result then contact the CCTS https://www.ccts-cprst.ca/
