Hello
I ask to cancel my account fongo home phone.sent a ticket company reply a confirmation.I confirm then I have received my account has deleted but the device ht-801 bought with the subscription has not reset then I cannot change the admin password.I did the reset procedure but anything change

I’m pretty sure there’s a way to fix this issue yourself, but I’m not sure if Fongo would be upset if I posted it.

So, you’ll have to submit another ticket and request that they remove the provisioning server info from your ATA.
