My phone number display

Postby dianaA » 11/02/2012

Hi,

Starting from about two months ago, when I'm calling from my home phone (freephoneline) the displayed number is Private caller. I would like my phone number back. How can I fix this?

Thank you,
Diana

Hi diannaA,

A little more information here could be useful.

Are you using the soft phone or an ATA device?
Are you using Freephoneline, Fongo Home Phone service or Dell Voice?

Hi,

Thank you for quick reply.

I'm using Freephoneline and I have a Voice IP modem. The problem is when I call out my number is not getting displayed on the other phone.

If you are using an PAP2T, try dialling *68.

No problem, just don't dial *67, which I suspect is what happened.
