I have to cancel my decision to transfer my existing phone line (819-771-6917) from Bell Canada to Fongo. I am sorry for any inconvenience this may cause you but I really have no choice at this moment. Hope this can be done promptly, thank you in advance.

to cancel the porting request, assuming it is not already processed, you will have to call in and speak to CSR.
