VoiceMail Box problem

My phone line has a short beeps to indicate i have a voicemail, if i check it's telling i have a fax message and i cant to delete it or reset for 2 weeks . Any solutions?

Clear it by logging in online and going to your voicemail section. There you will be able to view and delete the fax.

A simple power cycle of the PAP2T for AT LEAST 10 seconds will do the trick, though your problem may recur.

I noticed in your profile that you are using the BUGGY firmware of the PAP2T. If you want to minimize your problems, it is prudent to update to the latest (though outdated since the PAP2T is discontinued) firmware 5.1.6 (LS).

Hello everyone,

I've got the same problem. All of the voice messages get deleted, but I when I pick up the phone, I still hear the short beeps before the dial tone. Tried to power cycle ATA with no luck.

What else can I do to get rid of these short beeps? They're driving me crazy.

Exact same problem, I keep getting the voicemail indicator beeps + flashing light indicator on phone set but NO messages there Truly annoyng... specailly when dialing out, have to wait for the short beeps to stop before a clear dialtone.
