Two things i would like Fongo to look into asap.
1.
Bell subscriber in (laval) 450 calling my (Montreal) Fongo 514 is long distance for them for some odd reason?
*Please Note* With any other phone provider here in Quebec calling from Laval to Montreal has always been free from local land lines for as long as I been alive.
2.
Fongo (Montreal) 514 calling 450 a Bell subscriber in (Roden - laurentides - Quebec) while using my Fongo paid SIP phones tells me i have (insufficient funds) ???
*Please Note* I have tried this with all 3 Paid Fongo Sip configurations and all 3 of them say that (insufficient funds).
PS: Can any Engineer from Fongo investigate into these issues?
I have explained to my family members that these issues will be looked at and taken care of hopefully after the holidays!
Thank You
(area code) 514 (insuffant funds)

Re: (area code) 514 (insuffant funds)
Unfortunately for this issue you'll have to have one of the Bell subscribers open a ticket with Bell. It seems as though Bell's routing system is incorrectly rating 514 Fongo calls that originate from Laval as long distance. Occasionally this pops up with phone carriers and is usually resolved quite fast with a ticket.Funkytown wrote:Two things i would like Fongo to look into asap.

I'm not seeing Roden as a free calling city at this time.Funkytown wrote:2.
