I've been experiencing random "red flashing light" on my HT 286. When I see this, there is no dial tone on the line.
I've been PM'ing with Fongo Mike about this and just for fun I called customer service. I've been reading on here about how friendly and helpful the CS reps are, however I was just told that the next time it happens to call back. So, as long as my random issue happens within business hours, then they will look into it.
Not what I expected at all. I've been very happy with my service for over 2 years now, but this tech support service is definitely lacking.
