so i got my mastercard bill today and i find out fongo charged me 3 times for a 20$ voucher! this bugs me even more because it was one of the workers that charged it to my account because we have to call in to add anything higher than 5$, id like my 45.20 back please! i have already send an email to biling since thats the only thing i can find on the website... i cant seem to find a phone number anywhere on your website anymore!

If you've submitted a billing ticket then the team will get this corrected and follow-up with you as soon as they pick-up your ticket. The rep wouldn't have intentionally charged you three times, it was more than likely some sort of system error or glitch that caused the triple charge, or something at the credit card company. The team will be able to verify at who's end the triple charges occurred so it can be rectified.

FPL or Fongo need to have customer service back with phone numbers. Think about it guys a phone company without a phone number. If I am a new people about to join FPL or Fongo I would not join cause no customer service numbers. It's a huge different when you can talk to someone on the phone

killerjay, can you please PM me your Fongo number and a link to this thread please? I do not handle the billing but i might be able to look into it to get it sped up a little if it has not already been handled.

Please rememebr it can take as much as 48-72 hours to show up on your statement if a charge was reversed.
