VMI Issues again with FAX and voicemail itself

VMI Issues again with FAX and voicemail itself
I got a fax yesterday and I cleared it today but the VMI is still on at this point. I tried to clear it by leaving a voice-mail for myself, I let it sit for about 2 hours and then cleared it. But the VMI indicator is still there. I am starting to think it thinks a fax is there still which it isn't as it has been deleted. The dial tone for VMI is there with the beep beep beep. I can always clear the VMI on the phone itself but it comes back shortly after. Is there some thing wrong on my end? I have tried to also power cycle my PAP2 several times and to no avail will the VMI. Any ideas ?
