had a call @ 10:45am result was choppy (sound like a cell phone in never never land with 1/2 a bar).
my FPL registers but doesn't work, called my FPL and it was a busy line no answer machine

Hi Admin,
Could you confirm that everybody is back to normal on server side.
Cause I'm still down here in Montreal, Quebec.
Busy line when call in and silence when call out. All the 3 leds light of th ATA is on as usuall.

Calls are now going through. Was unable to make or receive calls for almost an hour this morning. Hard resetting the ATA box only made it intermittent. Hopefully it'll remain stable now.

Using a registered line I never saw any interruptions or call quality issues.
The authentication is different, but not the call routing, so choppiness etc. is more likely an issue on the line or on the broadband connection.
I have my speculations as to what the updates are to support but I won't say anything lest I get people excited over nothing

In order to better assist you we require a few things:
What device are you using, was it provided by us?
What does your network look like (from a technical stand point) - ie. Do you have a modem, router, then your ata and all of your computers?
Have you rebooted either your router, or the ATA recently, any power outages? This can cause the ATA's IP address to change and lose connectivity if special rules in your router were added in the initial setup.
In order to better assist you we require a few things:
