Down I Kitchener Waterloo very ominous as this is the last night I have Bell as I opted to go with Freephoneline as my only home phone carrier..... did I make a mistake????

Down here too.. I would prefer to send announcement via email to all registered account. In that way all user can get prepared(with alternative phoneline like majic jack, if FPL is primay) rather than looking on website. It is more convenient for the people who got smartphones to get email on their cellphones.

Our NOC is on this right now - should be back very soon.

In brighter news, I'll have a release date for the new next-gen server very soon and all customers will also be getting a small newsletter outlining the upgrades we are making. That should nearly eliminate the problems developing with the current server.
