FPL is down

Post by evilmonkey »

Hey everyone,

As far as I can tell, FPL is down. An attempt to authenticate with the server is met with a 408 - timeout. Please let me know if it's just me. Thanks!

Sept 27/10 - Unplanned service interruption

Post by FONGO_steve »

We are currently experiencing an unplanned service interruption this evening. A technician is en-route to the server location to bring things back online again. We apologize for the inconvenience - this should be solved within the next short while.

Please keep all posts pertaining to this issue in this thread. Users starting new threads will have their posts deleted and a warning issued.

-------
Please keep your eyes peeled for a mini newsletter we will be releasing very shortly. This will cover all the upgrades we here at freephoneline are about to perform to bring the service onto our new next-generation platform. The new platform will allow for continued growth, new features, and most notably higher reliability and easier remote troubleshooting. We will be releasing an upgrade date in the next short while as plans are being finalized in the next couple of days.

This isn't a regional outage, service is out across the board. We have to wait for the server to come back up.
