SEPTEMBER 17 2009 - MINOR SERVICE OUTAGE AFFECTING SOME AREAS

A required back-end update to our primary server ended up causing some unexpected problems.

Call quality may have been affected for select areas yesterday.

Today the service has had an outtage in several areas where users are unable to authenticate.

We are working in disaster mode here to get this resolved as fast as possible. Please hold tight and check back to this post for updates as I get them

We sincerely apologize for the troubles and delays caused by this. It was something we wern't able to expect because this is generally a routine system to update.

You guys work hard to fix any problems. Outstanding service for no monthy charge to me. Got to love this free service.
