SMS Service Interruption - October 10, 2012

Our teams are currently investigating SMS service interruptions for Dell Voice mobile application users. These interruptions may cause a delay in sending and receiving text messages for Fongo users who have opted in to the US and/or Canada texting bundle.

We will continue to update as we hear word from our SMS partners.

Please accept our sincere apologies for this interruption in service.

Edit: This issue was resolved around ~7PM.

Now I can't even log in to the Dell Voice. On the screen " Oops.. Please check your network connection and try again" I try on WiFi and 3G with the same result. Vonage works and other VOIP. Hope you guys fix this. Try to fell in love with Dell Voice but it chases me away........ Please advise. Thanks

Voice is down to, same problem.

Hi embox,

This problem definitely has no relation to the SMS disruption yesterday evening. So far there are no global problems on our side. Can you advise if you've seen any changes since your last post? Also, please start a new thread for your issue as well since we've determined it to not be related to the SMS services.

The voice service was not available in the Burlington, Ontario - Burloak Street area this morning.
It is OK now.
