Fpl does not work properly since Dec 16th.
I have two lines and both are working interemitently.
MORE DOES NOT WORK THEN WORK.
PAP2 says on line, but no phone signal.
Sometimes cannot register.
Phone us useless from Dec 16. Cannot be used.
ONly good thing is voicemail is working and getting messages on my email.

FPL, please fix the issue.
Thanks.

After several weeks of flawless service, I was ready to cut off Ma Bell. Now I am not sure. Intermittently Incoming callers can not hear me, while I can hear them! Same when I am calling - Bell phones. I can hear the called party saying hello, but they can not hear me. It takes a lot of resetting to clear the problem, then it appears again. While the resets are 'in progress ', the calls made from my Bell phone do not go to voice mail, instead I am getting a busy after a terribly long silence. I had this problem before but it seems to have gone away.

Please fix this problem ASAP.

google shows a fix from setting change but I'm not sure if it works.

SIP Page

Click on the ‘SIP’ tab
Change the following SIP Timer Values:
Reg Max Expires = 600
Reg Retry Intvl = 10
Reg Retry Long Intvl = 20

(Changing the above will allow your SPA2102 to recover from registration failures more quickly.)

I am in Scarborough ONT, I am still getting fail to register intermittently since Dec 16. I have to reset the pap2t to get it to register again every time.
I have changed the PAP2T value to the following to see if it it would help.

Reg Max Expires = 600
Reg Retry Intvl = 10
Reg Retry Long Intvl = 20

For the past 4-days now, my 4-line IP-Phone is "frequently" losing registration with Fongo.
All other lines on my IP-Phone are registered with other ISP's and working fine.
But, my Fongo line continuously loses registration...

There were problems Dec 14th then things went completely unstable at 4:09AM EST Dec 18th. They have been completely unstable ever since. Longest uptime is less that two hours since the 18th, typical uptime is 5-40 minute as per the log below, tests were disabled for a whole day in there so there are many more disconnects (reds) that are not even listed. Line is unusable. Is there an ETA on repair?

Well, 'knock on wood, my connection seems to have been stable since 15:13 EST this afternoon (20th Dec). According to my PBX logs anyway.

Has anyone else noticed stable connections? or is it just my PBX given up telling me I don't have a phone line?

Ive had a few drop outs this morning, but no where near as many as the last few days. So things are looking better.
Funnily though, they all seem to be mostly one of the lines I have here, the other one doesn't seem to drop out half as much.

I dont have port scan....but I still notice...registration failures...but registration returns quicker on its own.

There is either still a flaw in registration process or they are still doing work. No one knows unless we are informed with an updated message here in the forums.

seems to be a different problem now.
The phone stays registered now but incoming and outgoing calls don't work.
No sound and then a busy signal.
At least before if I unplugged my ATA for a few seconds I could make and receive calls.
