If you are experiencing any issue with incoming calls going straight to your voicemail, please make the following modifications in your ATA:
Make sure your primary codec is G729a
Make sure "use preferred codec only" is set to no
This will fix the problem, and make your system more versatile when calling into some newer VOIP IVR systems that businesses are using.
