My FW RING APP is not receiving Calls

I just got Fongo Works today. I am in the middle of testing the system configurations, I called my FW number many times. The receptionist works fine but when I try to select a routing number to reach someone it goes to VM but the app won't ring at all. I have the call handling to ( Ring App, Voicemail ).

How can I make the app ring on the device (ANDROID Smartphone) when the ext. is selected?

I never had that issue with the regular Fongo android app...
