Caller option not available

I'm testing FongoWorks for an not profit organization. And today after I went back into the settings in under "Receptionist" --> "Caller option"
The "press 2" is grey out with the message : "Cannot be modified due to system customizations. "

What did I do to cause this? And what can I do to fix it?
