That account as been block

How do I proceed to get an account unblock.

My FPL that I have the SIP setting was on a PBX that as been aced for long distance.
Now when I call my number it say '' That account as been block''
If I put my credential on a ATA I have the answer ''You have the wrong password''

Please help
