Kudos to FPL for setting up this form, and for Kris and Steve regularly reading the new posts, and helping out when they can. Not too many companies (let alone a telephone company) would do this, so it's a good way to establish your credibility, and to communicate directly with your end users. (I think if Robbers Cable or Bell did this, everyone would immediately be suspicious.)
