Dear James,

This issue can be resolved by dialing *98 on a touch tone phone if account is certified.

If using the freephoneline desktop phone application: You may log in, Click on the (Voice mail) button> Select 3, for personal options> Select 3, for Greetings> and then press 3, for recorded name. once you record your personal greetings, press # to save. That should do it.

Note: It has been tested and worked.
