If your ATA is an SPA 2102 I have one sitting beside me at my house that works flawlessly. I have no idea what you are talking about.

What are you issues exactly, I'd like to at least figure out whats been done here.

We can't provide phone support for any devices that we do not sell - think of it like calling Bell and asking them to help you configure your modem you bought off ebay.

The forums, however, are a great spot for configuration advice for third-party devices. Lots of users here and using them and sometimes even employees will find their way online during the day to offer a little extra help. The SPA-2102 does work 100% with our service, so let's try and find out what you did wrong in configuring it.

Start by doing a hard reset to bring the device right back to factory default settings. Then enter in the config info exactly as shown. Be careful if cutting and pasting because sometimes you'll pickup a leading or trailing space that shouldn't be there!

It might be just the maintenance and outage issues that FPL has been experiencing the last week... Even with correct SIP config file you might have been experiencing some issues... Try it now.

PM and Email me your FPL Number and username and I'll make a few tests, trace some calls etc...

When I find some answers is it alright if I contact you via your alternate contact number?
