If its possible to add some NXX number in the 450 Area

I'll look into these area codes, they may be taken by another providor already, try looking into it here:

http://www.localcallingguide.com/

Click on "Search Area Code/Prefix/OCN" Then type the NPA (Area Code) and NXX (Three numbers AFTER the area code).

Then you can see which providor they belong to if any.

Eg.

NPA-NXX: 450-275
Municipality: St-Jérôme
Region: QC
Switch: 6574
OCN (Owner): BELL MOBILITY

I Know its ve provide by Bell but its ne so weard beacause I looked if I CAN call a person with thé nxx 563 in a 450 area code and its work and I CAN uses the Follow me. The Nxx its by with Bell and its work so why its not work with the other??? Thank!

Okay now I'm not sure what you're talking about. Do you want to have these numbers to choose from when your sign up for freephoneline? Or be able to call them, you can call ALL these numbers for free and if you can't you should check your dial plan.
