After service came back up today, I managed to do a few experiments and came up with an interesting observation.
I have a Vancouver-based FPL #, and have set up call forwarding on it to a cheap pre-paid cell that I am using.
I then turned around, and from my work phone, which has blocked caller ID, called my FPL # ...
The prepaid cell rang and came up with a phone number, not BLOCKED/ANONYMOUS, but a real 10D # ....
604-755-3399
Now I am calling from a Vancouver-based work phone to a Vancouver-based FPL # ... the number that pops up is an ABBOTSFORD number from the pool assigned to BELL WEST.
Anyone else have experience with strange call forwarding issues?
